When I think of creating this painting, I think of the quiet summer heat and the buzz of the cicadas. Of the constant and bright breeze moving through the drape of the willow tree branches.
Creating Paintings live at events has brought me into contact with the most brilliant and creative guests over the years.
I often get asked if I’m bothered by guests asking questions or interrupting me. But I could not be happier getting to paint outside and nerd out about art for hours at a time.
After all, painting on location is something I also do for fun in my free time.
